Featured Designer

Karim Rashid is a such a great designer. He can do anything and everything from architecture to furniture designs. He is very talented and brings such a different side to design. I love his work because he is not afraid of color. So many people are scared to put color in their homes for some reason. It's your home love it while you live in it. Be courageous and explore color on your own. Its so easy to paint or to bring color in through accessories. Hopefully Karim Rashid's designs are an inspiration to you. 

Arne Jacobsen - Scandinavian Modern

I love the furniture from the Scandinavian Modern Genre. They have some real gorgeous pieces of furniture. What I love most about the furniture is how thin and light it is. This furniture is very well crafted and are still extremely popular in modern design. Here are a few of my favorites. 

Barn Doors

I love barn doors! I think they really add character to any space. They can complete your space no matter what your style is. They are simple, unique and industrial. I decided that I am going to be making a barn door out of pallets. I will post pictures of the process when it is compete, but until then I will post my inspiration for this project.
